Travelers flying long distances will not be required to take red-eye flights or change planes more than once. Flights may be booked a day prior to the Academy or a day after the Academy at the discretion of NSTA and ATC. Lodging will be covered for the extra night in cases where flights MUST be booked outside the Academy dates. 

If you request to fly in or out on a specific day, additional nights lodging will be your responsiblity.
